Voodoo Lexohexography

Dear Voodoolawyer:
The annoying phrase "vis a vis" is used far too often these days, especially vis a vis other terms that are less annoying, not French and perhaps more appropriate. In point of fact, "vis a vis" has become this age's "in point of fact," a pointless over-abundance of words used by those who would disguise the fact that they have nothing to say.
At the end of the day, "vis a vis" is even more trite than "at the end of the day."
Thanks for caring, Claymore P.S. What would your retainer be for representing someone who blew their stack and beat the daylights out of the next person to say "vis a vis?"
Dear Claymore: I know how you feel; my best advice: stay away from other people, and try not to think so much. Pour witch hazel on your head, and rub it in until you reach understanding. Yours, Voodoolawyer
